It has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a fully-equipped kitchen, a living room with dining area, a lower balcony and a private roof terrace. The apartment can comfortably sleep 7 persons with the double-size master bed, 4 single beds and sofa-bed.
Access to the private roof terrace is via stairs and a door from within the apartment. The lighted-terrace contains 4 lounge-chairs and a storage/washroom.
Since the apartment is located at the corner of the building, the private roof terrace gives an incredible panoramic view over the town of Santa Pola as well as the island of Tabarca and the southern coastal city of Torrevieja.
