Accommodation type: Self-catering.
General: The apartment is cleaned and supplied with fresh bed linen and towels (except beach towels) prior to your arrival. If extra cleaning is required during your stay this can be agreed and arranged in advance at an extra cost. The apartment's designated parking space is right outside the Apartment Building's Main Entrance which contains a telephone/video security system for visitor access to the building. In addition to supplementary cleaning services, Welcome Packages can also be arranged such as food, rental cars, etc. should special arrangements be requested.
Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances. It contains a refrigerator/freezer, electric stovetop, oven, dishwashing machine, microwave, coffee pot, toaster, electric water kettle, as well as a variety of dishes, utensils, cookware, etc.
Living/Dining room: This large room contains one sleeper sofa, coffee table, storage armoire, bookshelf, ceiling fan, color satellite TV, DVD Player, portable CD/cassette/radio player, wine rack with glasses and a dining table (the extension sections are stored under the master bed) with 6 chairs.
Bedrooms: There are three separate bedrooms. The master bedroom contains a full size bed (150x190cm), 2 night-stands, ceiling fan, built-in double closet as well as an adjoining master bathroom. The two other bedrooms each contain 2 single/twin (90x190cm) beds, one nightstand, ceiling fans and built-in double closets.
Bathroom: The master bathroom is fully-tiled with toilet, bidet, sink, bathtub/shower, mirror and toiletry storage closet. The second bathroom is also fully-tiled with toilet, sink, shower, mirror, toiletry storage closet and a ventilation fan.
Lower Terrace: The lower terrace is a covered-area containing a round plastic patio table with 5 matching chairs. In addition to the indoor dining area, it is a cosy place to enjoy a meal or rest as it can be shaded and often cooler if the roof terrace becomes too warm!
Roof Terrace: The roof terrace contains 4 sleeper lounge chairs, an oval-shaped plastic patio table with 8 matching chairs, outdoor lighting, a storage room with the washing machine, drying rack, two beach umbrellas and two portable beach chairs, clothes drying lines and water connections for hooking up the hose.
Additional items: The apartment contains a hairdryer, ironing board, iron, 3 electric heaters, 1 kerosene heater and wool blankets for the winter. The apartment has smoke detectors installed in all rooms as well as a fire extinguisher located under the stairwell.
Satellite TV Channels: The apartment has a satellite dish that is tuned-in to receive Norwegian, Swedish, Danish, Finnish and English TV channels.
